Josh Wallace
Josh is a film and TV professional with multi-dimensional experience in many aspects of filmmaking. He began his career as an Assistant Director on large scale productions; "Xena Warrior Princess," "The Last Samurai," and "The Lord of the Rings" in New Zealand.
In 2003 he left the film-set for the mountains to direct, shoot and edit two independent snowboarding films which became cult classics. Since then he's directed TVC's and corporate videos, created opening titles for two TV series, edited drama, comedy, news and reality TV, and worked as an editor and camera man for Al Jazeera English news network in the Middle East and for the BBC in the U.K.
Complementing his directing and editing skills, Josh is also a talented camera operator. He's been shooting HD since 2005, and has developed innovative workflow solutions for projects using tapeless HD formats, specifically Panasonic P2 and Sony XDCAM.
Josh's rare mix of people skills, creative vision, technical prowess and storytelling ability make him a dynamic filmmaker and valuable member of any production team.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys mountain biking, trekking, snow sports, writing and making nerdy blip-blip music on his computer.

Holly Wallace
Holly is a multi-talented woman with a rich and varied background. She studied Broadcast Journalism majoring in Documentary Film Production at Charles Sturt University in Australia, graduating at the top of her course with Distinction. She produced an award-winning short documentary and worked as a video editor before crossing over to print journalism.
Holly has worked as a freelance journalist and photographer since 2000 for numerous publications. During this time she simultaneously set up and managed a successful physical theatre company, producing shows for corporate events and festivals around the globe.
While living in the Middle East for 2 years, Holly teamed up with Josh to establish Positive Productions and produce corporate videos for the Qatari market. She also produced and directed a documentary, 'The Fourth Wife,' exploring the lives of women living in a modern Islamic society.
Holly shares Josh's technical prowess and is a talented camera operator and FCP editor. These skills combined with her creative flare, journalist's nose for a good story, and production management skills make her a film-making dynamo.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys dance, yoga, circus skills, trekking, skiing, mountain biking and self-publishing photography books.
